Futures prop-firm trading, worked out together

Trading alone gets you stuck
Bad information, no feedback and no discipline cost more accounts than bad charts ever will.
Scattered information
Prop-firm rules, drawdown limits and payout terms circulate second-hand, and the firms keep changing them. Get one detail wrong and the evaluation fee is gone.
Trading in isolation
Nobody reviews your trades and nobody disagrees with you, so the same expensive habit can survive for years without ever being named.
Watching is not doing
Courses are quick to buy and slow to finish, and finishing one still does not mean you can execute under pressure. That gap is where most study time is lost.

Three pillars that make trading a repeatable skill
Information, method and discipline. The community keeps the first two current; the academy is where the third is practised.
Futures prop-firm intel
Evaluation rules, daily loss limits, trailing drawdown and payout conditions, tracked and tested by members who trade them.
US stock research
Pre-market discussion, watchlists and an event calendar, so you know what you are waiting for before the opening bell.
Technical analysis method
xStarRiver's framework: read the price structure first, define the area in advance, then wait for the market to come to you.
Everything you need to trade with a plan
Practise on real futures data, pick the right prop firm, learn the method and review every trade — all in one XSR account.
Backtest Lab
Replay six years of real NQ futures tick by tick, with 21 ICT concepts marked the moment they form.
Prop-firm hub
Rules, drawdowns and payout terms for every firm side by side — plus XSR discount codes.
XSR Academy
Courses on prop-firm foundations, futures and funded risk management, plus an ICT strategy library — with certificates.
XSR AI & community
Ask XSR AI about your trades or a chart, then talk it through with members on Discord.

Trading journal
Import trades from your platform and see win rate, R multiple and plan adherence.

Every trade, reviewed in one trading journal
This is the XSR trading journal after you sign in. Log a trade in one line — the P&L, win rate and equity curve move with it.

Read the price first,
then wait for the high-probability area
xStarRiver's technical analysis framework is not a prediction engine. It is a written answer to one question: when should I not trade? Read the structure, wait for the market to reach the area you defined, then execute.
Read the structure
Use market structure, key levels and volume to decide whether the market is trending, ranging, or simply not worth trading.
Wait for your area
Define the entry zone and the invalidation point before the session starts, and only act where you have an edge.
Control risk and review
Every trade gets a risk cap and a journal entry, so the result can be reviewed, corrected and repeated.
Journal note:
2 of 3 trades were inside the plan. The third chased the move — fix that one first.

Questions traders ask before joining
Straight answers about the community, the academy, prop-firm information and what any of it costs.
XSR is a Chinese-language trading community founded by xStarRiver. We focus on futures prop-firm information, US stock research and practical technical analysis. 2,000+ members use the free Discord, and XSR Academy adds structured courses, tick-data replay labs and a verifiable certificate.
The Discord community is free, permanently. Click the invite link and you are in. A free account opens every tool up to its free limits. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription that lifts those limits, and the course is a one-off payment that unlocks the whole academy and every tool for good.
Yes. There is a beginner channel and foundational material covering the vocabulary, the platform mechanics and risk concepts, so you can learn the language before joining the live discussion.
Lessons are recorded video, so you can work at your own pace and rewatch anything. The replay labs are not video — they are interactive: you trade a real tick tape and the mission is scored. Course access does not expire: one payment, lifetime access.
It rebuilds a real trading session tick by tick and hands you the order ticket. You place the entry, set the stop, size the position, and the server grades the outcome against the mission. A lesson explains how the method works; the lab shows whether you can apply it under pressure.
Pro is a subscription for the tools: it lifts the free limits on the journal, the prop-firm budget, the backtest lab and XSR AI for as long as you subscribe. The course is bought once and unlocks everything — the course library, the tick-data labs, the certificate and every tool without limits — with no renewal.
Each certificate carries a code like XSR-2025-8K4P2M and resolves on a public verification page showing the holder, the course, the average assessment score and the issue date — no account required. It records completion of a structured curriculum. It is not a licence, and it is not a promise that you will trade profitably.
The course is 13 video classes of 90 minutes, about 19.5 hours in all, cut into short lessons and released class by class; most people spend longer on the drills and in their own journal. The community rhythm is lighter: a pre-market note before the open and a review afterwards, around 15 minutes a day.
Members share their own test results alongside the latest published rules, and rule changes are tracked as the firms make them. Terms change often, so always confirm against the firm's official documents before you pay a fee or place a trade.
On the futures side, mostly the evaluations and payouts at Topstep, Apex Trader Funding, Tradeify and Take Profit Trader; for charting and execution, TradingView, NinjaTrader and Interactive Brokers come up most. Each firm treats Hong Kong and Taiwan residents differently, and the prop-firm comparison page marks this firm by firm — firms that refuse residents of either are not listed.
No. We share research, method and reviews — never individual investment advice and never signals. We cannot guarantee that you pass an evaluation or make money, and every trading decision and its risk stays with you.
