The short version
- XSR is education and community, not investment advice. We are not a licensed investment adviser, broker or fund manager anywhere.
- Futures, options, CFDs, FX and crypto are leveraged and volatile. You can lose money quickly, and some products can lose more than you deposited.
- Most people who attempt prop-firm evaluations do not pass, and a funded account is usually a simulated one.
- Examples, backtests, replays, payout records and student stories are not typical and not a promise. Past results do not predict future ones.
- Tools and AI answers can be wrong. Every trading decision, and its result, is yours.
This summary is here to help you read the document. The full text below is what applies.
01Education, not advice
Everything XSR Trading Community provides — courses, lessons, live sessions, 1-on-1 coaching, community discussion, articles, tools and AI features — is general education about how markets and trading work. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs.
Visionerse Ltd is not licensed or registered as an investment adviser, securities or futures adviser, broker, dealer, commodity trading adviser or asset manager in Hong Kong, Taiwan or any other jurisdiction. Nothing we publish is a recommendation, an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument, and nothing we say should be treated as such.
- We do not provide trade signals, copy-trading, managed accounts or portfolio management, and we do not trade on anyone's behalf.
- We do not tell any individual what to buy, sell or hold, or when.
- When an instructor discusses a chart, a setup or a past trade, it is a teaching example, chosen to illustrate a concept — not a call to act.
If you need advice about your own situation, speak to a professional who is licensed to give it where you live.
02The risk of trading
Trading futures, options, contracts for difference, foreign exchange, cryptocurrencies, equities on margin and other leveraged products involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.
- Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains. A small price move can wipe out your margin, and with some products you can lose more than your initial deposit.
- Prices can gap, move limit-up or limit-down, or become illiquid, so a stop order may be filled far from its price, or not at all.
- Platform outages, connectivity problems, data errors and broker failures can cause losses you could not have prevented.
- Trading costs — commissions, spreads, fees, data subscriptions and evaluation fees — add up and can turn a small edge into a loss.
- Trading is psychologically demanding. Emotional decisions are a common cause of large losses.
03Prop-firm evaluations
A large part of our community discusses proprietary-trading ("prop") firms. Please understand how they work:
- Evaluation fees are paid to the prop firm, not to XSR, and are usually non-refundable when you fail. Most people who attempt an evaluation do not pass it.
- "Funded" accounts are frequently simulated. What you receive is a payout under the firm's own rules, which the firm can interpret, change or refuse at its discretion.
- Firms change their rules, prices, payout terms and the countries they accept — including restrictions on residents of Hong Kong or Taiwan — often without much notice. Some firms have closed and not paid what they owed.
- XSR is not the operator, agent or guarantor of any prop firm. Our comparisons, rule summaries, calculators and budget tools are based on public information that may be out of date; always read the firm's current terms before you pay.
Where we have a commercial relationship with a firm — for example a discount code or a referral arrangement — we say so next to the firm. A relationship never changes how we describe a firm's rules or risks.
04Hypothetical and simulated results
Our courses and tools use backtests, bar replays, case studies, simulations and worked examples. These are useful for learning, but they have real limits:
A backtest cannot account for slippage, partial fills, the pressure of real money, or the fact that a rule tested on past data was often chosen *because* it worked on that data.
05Past results, examples and testimonials
Past performance — ours, an instructor's, a student's or a strategy's — is not a reliable indicator of future results.
- Student feedback, clips and payout records are supplied by the students themselves. We check that proof was provided where we say so, but we do not audit the amounts, the account or what happened before or after. They show what happened to one person at one time; they are not typical and are not a prediction of what you will achieve.
- Trades shown in lessons, articles or on social media are selected to teach a concept. Losing trades exist and are not always shown alongside them.
- A certificate from XSR Academy confirms that you completed a course and its assessments. It is not a licence, a professional qualification or evidence of trading skill.
06Tools, data and AI
The trading journal, analytics, prop-firm calculators, backtester, strategy tools and AI assistant are provided to help you study your own trading. They can be wrong.
- Imported or synced trade data may be incomplete, delayed or mis-parsed. Check anything that matters against your broker's or prop firm's own statement.
- Statistics describe what already happened in the data you gave us. They do not predict future performance.
- AI answers are generated automatically, can be inaccurate or invented, and are not advice. Do not place a trade because an AI output suggested it.
07What other members say
Posts, chart ideas and comments by members in our Discord and elsewhere are their own opinions. We do not check them, endorse them or take responsibility for them. Members may hold positions in what they discuss. Treat anything a member says as their view, not ours, and not advice.
Signals, copy-trading, paid funnels and account-management offers are prohibited in our community. If someone approaches you with one, report it to us and do not send money.
08Your responsibility
- You decide whether, what, when and how much to trade, and you are solely responsible for the results.
- Some products and some prop firms are restricted or prohibited where you live. It is your responsibility to check that you are allowed to use a product or firm before you do.
- You are responsible for any tax on your trading profits, payouts and referral commissions.
This disclosure forms part of our Terms of Service. It cannot list every risk of trading. If you do not understand a risk, do not take it.
