01About these terms

These terms apply to xsrtrade.com, our Discord community, XSR Academy (courses, live sessions and 1-on-1 coaching), the trader tools (journal, prop-firm tools, backtester, strategy library, XSR AI) and anything else we provide under the XSR name (together, the Services).

By creating an account, making a purchase or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these terms and to the documents they incorporate: the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the Risk Disclosure and, if you join the referral programme, the Affiliate Programme Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

If there is a conflict, the more specific document wins for its subject — for example, the Refund Policy for refunds, and the Affiliate Programme Terms for the referral programme.

02Education only — not investment advice

XSR teaches how markets, trading and prop-firm evaluations work. Visionerse Ltd is not licensed or registered to give investment, securities or futures advice, or to deal in or manage financial products, in Hong Kong, Taiwan or anywhere else, and does not do so.

• Nothing in the Services is a recommendation, an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial product, or a statement that any product or strategy suits you.
• We do not provide trade signals, copy-trading, managed accounts or account-passing services, and we never trade on your behalf.
• Every trading decision is yours, and so are its results. Trading leveraged products can lose you money quickly; please read the Risk Disclosure.

03Who can use XSR

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract where you live.
• You must not use the Services where doing so is against the law that applies to you, or if we have previously closed your account for breaching these terms.
• If you use the Services for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it; consumer-only rights described here then do not apply to that business.

04Your account

You can register with an email address and password, or with Google. Please give accurate details and keep them up to date.

• Your account is for you alone. Do not share your login, sell or transfer your account, or let anyone else watch paid content through it.
• To protect paid content, an account can have one active session at a time. Signing in on a new device signs out the previous one, and we may end a session that suddenly appears from a different country and ask you to sign in again.
• Keep your password secret and tell us at contact@xsrtrade.com straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it happened because of our failure.

05XSR Academy purchases

What you buy. An academy purchase gives you access to the programme and delivery mode shown at checkout — for example the self-paced video programme, or the 1-on-1 programme, which adds the number of live coaching sessions shown at checkout.

How long access lasts. Access to a programme you bought does not expire for as long as we continue to offer that programme. If we ever decide to stop offering it, we will give you at least 90 days' notice so you can finish it. Some access granted by a promotion, a code or our team may be time-limited; if so, the end date is shown to you.

Content changes. Some lessons are recorded and released over time. We may update, reorder, replace or retire lessons to keep the programme accurate, but we will not materially reduce the overall programme you paid for.

1-on-1 coaching. After purchase you tell us your availability, time zone and focus, and we schedule the sessions with you. Unless we agree otherwise in writing:

• Sessions should be used within 12 months of purchase. We will extend this if a delay is caused by us.
• You can reschedule a session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. A session missed without that notice may count as used.
• If we have to cancel a session, we will offer another time, and if we cannot deliver it at all, we will refund the value of the session.
• Coaching is education about your own process. It does not include advice about what you should buy or sell, or anyone trading or passing an evaluation for you.

Certificates. A certificate confirms that you completed a course and its assessments. It is not a licence, an accreditation or a professional qualification. Certificates have a public verification page (see the Privacy Policy). We may revoke a certificate that was obtained by cheating or whose purchase was refunded or charged back.

06Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and include any tax we are required to charge. The final amount is always shown before you pay.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. A card processing fee may be added to the course price; if so, it is shown separately at checkout before you pay.
• Crypto payments are sent directly to the wallet shown at checkout, for the exact amount shown, on the network shown. Access opens once we have confirmed the transfer on-chain. A payment sent to the wrong address or network, or for the wrong amount, may not be recoverable; we will help where we can, but we are not responsible for it.
• A purchase is a single payment. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.
• We may change our prices at any time. A change never affects a purchase you have already paid for.

If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may suspend access to what it paid for until the matter is resolved. If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we will usually resolve it faster than a card dispute can.

07Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. In short, you can request a refund within 14 days of payment, subject to the conditions in that policy.

Access to digital content starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Where the law gives you a right to cancel a distance purchase and allows that right to end once digital content has been supplied with your consent, you will be asked to confirm this at checkout. Nothing in these terms or in the Refund Policy limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law — for example Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act.

08Trader tools and XSR AI

The trading journal, prop-firm tools, backtester, strategy library and XSR AI are provided to help you study your own trading. They are provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We may add, change or remove features.

• If you connect a broker, platform or prop-firm account, you confirm you are allowed to, and that the provider's terms permit it. You can disconnect at any time.
• Imported data, calculations and statistics can be incomplete or wrong. Always check anything important against your broker's or prop firm's own records.
• XSR AI generates answers automatically. They can be inaccurate, and they are not advice. Do not rely on them to make trading decisions.
• Keep your own copies of important records. You can export your journal at any time.

09Our content and your licence

The Services and everything in them — lessons, videos, text, cases, simulations, strategy records, designs, software and the XSR name and marks — belong to Visionerse Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services, and any programme you bought, for your own learning. You must not, and must not help anyone else to:

• copy, record, screenshot, download, rip, re-upload, stream, sell, rent, share or publish any paid content, in whole or in part;
• remove, cover or tamper with a watermark, or bypass any protection, access control or rate limit;
• share your account or run a group viewing of paid content;
• use the content to create a competing course or service, or to train an AI model;
• scrape, crawl or harvest the Services, or probe or disrupt their security.

Paid videos carry a visible watermark tied to your account, and the player detects some screen-capture and tampering attempts. Repeated detections within a short period sign the account out of every session, and confirmed piracy leads to the account being closed without a refund. We may also take legal action to protect our content.

10Your content

You own what you put into the Services — trades, notes, screenshots, journal entries, questions and posts (Your Content). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and display Your Content only as needed to provide the Services to you and, for anything you choose to share publicly or with the community, to show it there.

We will not publish your private journal, trades or results, or use them in marketing, without your separate permission. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the right to share it.

11Community rules

Our Discord and other community spaces work because members respect each other. In any XSR space you must not:

• offer or sell signals, copy-trading, account management, account-passing services or any paid scheme, or direct members to one;
• promise or advertise returns, or present yourself as a licensed professional if you are not;
• harass, threaten, dox or discriminate against anyone;
• post spam, scams, malware, or false or misleading information;
• post anyone else's personal data, or content you do not have the right to share;
• impersonate XSR, our team or another member.

Discord is a third-party service with its own terms. We may moderate, remove content and remove members to keep the community safe.

12Third-party services and partner links

The Services link to or work with services we do not control — brokers, trading platforms, prop firms, Stripe, Google and Discord among them. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them, their availability, their rules or whether they pay you.

Some links to prop firms are partner links: if you buy through them we may earn a commission, and a discount code may apply. We label these relationships where they appear, and they do not change how we describe a firm's rules or risks.

13Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using the Services at any time, and ask us to close your account by emailing contact@xsrtrade.com.

We may suspend or close your account, or remove access to part of the Services, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if you share or pirate paid content, if we reasonably suspect fraud or a chargeback abuse, or if the law requires us to. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond first. If we close your account without you having broken these terms, we will refund the unused value of any programme you bought.

14Our responsibility to you

We provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the Services are provided without other promises — we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will achieve any particular result, pass any evaluation or make any money.

To the extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, evaluation or reset fees, or other losses arising from trading decisions you make, whether or not they were informed by the Services;
• we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or that were caused by third-party services, events outside our reasonable control, or your breach of these terms;
• our total liability to you for all claims about the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.

If you use the Services in a way that breaks these terms or the law, and that causes a claim against us by someone else, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs arising from it.

15Changes to the Services and to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the Services or the law change. For a material change, we will give you at least 14 days' notice by email or in the Services before it takes effect. Changes do not apply retroactively to a purchase you already made. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using the Services and close your account before it takes effect.

16Governing law and disputes

If you have a problem, please contact us first at contact@xsrtrade.com; most issues are resolved quickly that way.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of the same place have jurisdiction. However, if you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the place where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there where that law allows.

17General

• These terms, and the documents they incorporate, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
• If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
• If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
• You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a business that takes over the Services, and your rights will not be reduced as a result.
• Nobody other than you and us has rights under these terms.
